Bodies of Three Missing Civilians Found in Kathua's Billawar

AWANTIPORA, April 27: A tragic road accident occurred on the National Highway at Barsoo near J&K Bank involving a Ford Figo bearing registration number JK01Q-7871 and a truck bearing registration number JK02CG-5111).

In the collision, a woman identified as Gulshana Bano, wife of Mohammed Ramzan Laway and a resident of Chanpora, Srinagar, aged about 50 years, sustained critical injuries. She was immediately evacuated to Sub-District Hospital (SDH) Pampore, where doctors declared her dead on arrival, officials told Sachnews.

Two children, Aqsa Zahoor (daughter of Zahoor Ahmad) and Tawfeeq Ahmad (son of Zahoor Ahmad), both residents of Chanpora, Srinagar, were also injured in the accident. They were first shifted to SDH Pampore and later referred to SMHS Hospital in Srinagar for advanced treatment.

The body of the deceased woman handed over to family members for last rites after medico-legal formalities.
