The Directorate of School Education Jammu (DSEJ) on Monday announced a change in school timings for all government and private recognized schools in the summer zone areas of Jammu division.

"It is hereby ordered that all the government as well as private recognized schools up to Higher Secondary Level falling in the summer zones of Jammu division shall observe school timing as 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM with effect from May 1, 2025, to September 30, 2025," the DSEJ order stated.
