Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Saturday paid his heartfelt tributes to Head Constable Jagbir Singh, who made the ultimate sacrifice during the recent Kathua encounter. The Chief Minister attended the wreath-laying ceremony held in honor of the official.
Expressing his condolences, CM Omar Abdullah praised the courage and dedication of Head Constable Jagbir Singh.
"Paid my heartfelt tributes to Head Constable Jagbir Singh, who made the ultimate sacrifice during the Kathua encounter. His bravery and dedication to duty will always be remembered. May his soul rest in peace," he said.
