Ramban, March 29: Security forces on Friday detected an improvised explosive device (IED) in Ramsoo area of Ramban district of Jammu division, officials said.
An official said that a cooker IED was found at Shrine Board Washroom Near Ceigall company Ramsoo PS Ramsoo Distt Ramban by SOG Ramban.
They said that later the bomb disposal squad was called in and IED was defused on-spot without any damage.
Meanwhile police have taken cognizance and started an investigation in this regard.
