Kulgam, March 17: A video has surfaced on social media showing a police officer’s alleged misconduct with the public in Kulgam, prompting authorities to take action.
IGP Kashmir Vidhi Kumar Birdi confirmed that they have taken cognizance of the incident and the allegations against the officer’s behavior. The Deputy Inspector General (DIG) of South Kashmir Range (SKR) has been tasked with conducting an inquiry into the matter and is expected to submit his findings within 10 days.
