Poonch, March 28:
A tragic road accident in the Barachar area of Poonch district claimed the life of a man and left three others injured on Thursday.
According to reports received by Sachnews, a Tata Mobile vehicle bearing registration number JK02AW 5125 was en route from Mandi to Loran when it met with an accident at Barachar.
The injured were immediately shifted to Sub-District Hospital (SDH) Mandi for treatment. However, one of the victims, identified as Mohammad Rafiq Sofi was declared brought dead at the hospital.
The three injured individuals have been referred to Poonch Hospital for advanced treatment.
Authorities are investigating the cause of the accident, while further details are awaited.
