PULWAMA. April 15: In continuation of its ongoing drive against illegal mining, Police in Pulwama seized four dumpers and 05 tippers bearing which were used for transportation of illegal extracted materials.
In this regard, cases vide FIR NOs 20/2025 and 39/2025 under relevant sections of law have been registered in Police Station Kakapora and Police Station Litter, respectively, and investigation has been taken up.
Police is committed to act tough against these violators. Community members are requested to come forward with any information regarding illegal mining activities in their neighbourhood. Pulwama Police assures strict action against the violators as per law.
