Baramulla, Apr 10: A 29-year-old man died after receiving an electric shock in the Chinar Colony Tilgam Pattan area of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Thursday, officials said.
An official said that the man, who worked as a tipper driver, sustained critical injuries after coming into contact with a live electric wire. He was immediately rushed to the Sub-District Hospital (SDH) Pattan, where doctors declared him dead on arrival.
The deceased has been identified as a resident of Walraman Chandoosa. Authorities have taken cognizance of the incident. (JKNS)
