New Delhi, August 22: In a major security scare, a man scaled a wall of the Parliament building on Friday morning, but was caught by security personnel and handed over to police, official sources said.
PTI quoted sources as saying that the incident took place around 6.30 am on Friday.
Further investigation is underway, they added.
