Cause:

If the washing machine is placed on a rough surface, it will cause the washing drum to tilt easily and the washing drum will tend to collide with the washing machine shell when operating, thereby causing loud noise.

How to fix:

Check the surface of the washing machine location. If it is not flat, you can move the washing machine to another location or place the washing machine legs so that they are balanced.
