Jammu & Kashmir, March 27: The Meteorological Centre Srinagar has predicted a spell of light to moderate rain and snowfall over the higher reaches today, particularly during the late afternoon to night. The weather is expected to improve gradually thereafter.
Following this, the MeT department has forecast generally dry weather across Jammu and Kashmir from March 28 to 31 and extending further from April 1 to 6, with no major precipitation expected during this period.
Advisory Issued for Travelers and Farmers
- Travelers/Tourists/Transporters are advised to plan accordingly & follow Admin/Traffic advisory.
- Farmers are advised to resume farm operations from tomorrow onwards.
- Possibility of thunder with Gusty winds at few places.
