Several Pakistani soldiers have reportedly been killed after a roadside bomb exploded near a bus carrying them in Pakistan on Sunday, killing at least five officers and wounding 10 others, media reports said.
The attack occurred in Naushki, a district in Balochistan, news agency AP quoted a police official as saying. This comes on the heels of a major terror attack when terrorists took over the Jaffar Express in a remote mountain pass in Balochistan province, blowing up train tracks in the attack then holding passengers hostage in a day-long standoff.
The death toll from the attack has risen to 31 soldiers, staff and civilians, the military said a day ago.
