Banihal, March 26: Several passengers were injured when the SRTC bus they were traveling in from Jammu to Srinagar overturned inside the Banihal-Qazigund (Navyug) tunnel on Wednesday.
Reports reaching Sachnews Jammu Kashmir suggest that the bus, en route to Srinagar, met with an accident inside the tunnel, resulting in multiple passengers sustaining injuries. The injured have been shifted to Qazigund Hospital for treatment.
The extent of the injuries is yet to be confirmed.
According to reports, traffic movement, which was briefly disrupted following the accident, has now been restored.
