Srinagar, March 30:
a 16-year-old boy lost his life after his scooty was hit by an unidentified vehicle at Sempora, Pantha Chowk.
Reports reaching Sachnews, the victim, identified as Faizan Ahmad Nanda, son of Mohd Rafiq Nanda and a resident of Zaffron Colony, Pantha Chowk, was critically injured in the accident.
He was immediately shifted to SMHS Hospital in Srinagar for treatment, where doctors declared him dead.
Meanwhile, Local police at Pantha Chowk have taken cognizance of the incident and initiated an investigation to ascertain the circumstances leading to the accident.
