Srinagar, March 27: Apni Party President Altaf Bukhari has expressed deep disappointment over the closure of Srinagar’s historic Jama Masjid on the sacred night of Shab-e-Qadr, calling the decision unjustified and distressing.
"Distressing that Srinagar’s historic Jama Masjid will remain closed on this sacred night of Shab-e-Qadr, with no prayers or night-long supplications allowed. There is no plausible justification for shutting down such a significant place of worship, especially on an occasion of such profound spiritual importance. Truly disheartening, " Apni Party president wrote on X.
