Srinagar, April 4 : The Meteorological Centre Srinagar has predicted a continuation of the dry weather across Jammu & Kashmir until April 7. However, a change in weather is expected from April 8 to April 11, with light rain and snowfall likely over higher reaches of North and Central Kashmir.
Cloudy conditions are expected to develop by the afternoon of April 8, with precipitation likely towards the evening and night. The wet spell may affect parts of the Kashmir Division and scattered areas of Jammu Division, especially on April 9 and 10.
From April 12 to April 15, the weather is expected to stabilize again with dry conditions prevailing across the Union Territory.
Authorities have advised travelers, tourists, and transporters to follow official traffic and administrative advisories, and farmers have been encouraged to continue regular agricultural operations.
