Police Awantipora produced a chargesheet in case FIR No. 120/2024 of Police Station Awantipora against terrorist associate namely Hijaz Nazir Magray son of Nazir Ahmad Magray resident of Goripora Mohalla Lassipora Pulwama (presently under custody)before the Hon’ble designated NIA Court Pulwama.
During investigation of the said case the terrorist was found involved for offences under sections U/S 7/25 A. Act, 13, 18, 23 & 39 UA(P) Act, for possessing illicit arms/ammunition providing logistic support to terrorists and for furthering the terror activities.
Police Awantipora will deal strictly against such ANEs, and is committed to dismantle terrorist infrastructure from its roots.
