Jammu, May 27: Atleast one person was killed while as three others were injured in a road accident at Mughal Maidan area of Kishtwar district on Tuesday.
Officials said that an I10 Vehicle bearing registration number JK17A 8880 lost its control and fell off the track at Mughal Maidan.
In this incident one person was killed while three others were injured, who were shifted to neaby hospital for treatment.
In another incident, Lightning accompanied with hailstorm striked the Gagrot upper hilly reached in Marg top of Rajouri district.
In this natural devastation, over hundred sheep and goats were killed of seven nomadic families.
One of the member of these nomadic families told GNS that this is our only source of livelihood and this has pushed us into severe economic distress.
He further appealed to the authorities to compensate for the loss of our livelihood.(GNS)
