Poonch, Sept 20: Security forces have recovered a cache of arms and ammunition during a joint operation in Poonch district on Friday, Army said.
The Army said that the operation, carried out in coordination with Jammu and Kashmir Police, was launched on the basis of intelligence inputs.
During the search, troops recovered an AK-series rifle, four magazines, 20 hand grenades, and other war-like stores.
Security officials said search operations were still underway in the area.
